DAVID KROSS
ACTOR
In 2006, David Kross made his acting debut in Detlev Buck's “Knallhart.” He went on to star in Marco Kreuzpaintner's adaptation of “Krabat” and the great literary adaptation “Der Vorleser” (“The Reader”) by Steven Daldry with Kate Winslet, which received an Oscar nomination.
In 2009, David was named the Shooting Star of the Berlinale. He then continued to feature in major theatrical films, directed by Steven Spielberg, Arnaud des Paillières, Markus Goller, Marcus H. Rosenmüller, Bully Herbig, Leander Haußmann and other works with Detlev Buck, including “Bekenntnisse des Hochstablers Felix Krull,”.
He can also be seen on Netflix as a real estate fraudster in “Betonrausch” by Cüneyt Kaya and in the internationally successful thriller “Prey” by Thomas Sieben.

David is part of the cast in the mini series “KAFKA,” directed by David Schalko and produced by super film for ARD / ORF.
The mini series will be screened at the Berlin International Film Festival, in the section Berlinale Series Market Selects.
