CHRISTIAN STANGASSINGER
CINEMATOGRAPHER
Christian Stangassinger is an award-winning cinematographer. After he trained as a media designer, he studied cinematography at the University of Television and Film Munich.
Stangassinger’s work includes the feature film “Wir waren Könige,” for which he was awarded the Bavarian Film Prize for Best Cinematography, the first season of the globally successful Netflix six-part series “Barbarians,” the series “Wild Republic,” and the historic feature film “Die Passfälscher.” In 2022, Stangassinger filmed the feature film “Paradise” for Netflix.
