DIRECTOR
Facundo Scalerandi is an Argentinian film director and writer based in Cologne, Germany. He began his career directing music videos and commercials before moving into fiction.
Scalerandi studied at the Academy of Media Arts in Cologne, and his short films have been screened at over 35 international film festivals. He gained wider recognition with his work on the Netflix black comedy series "King of Stonks“ for which he received the German Television Award.
His recent directing credits include episodes of Netflix's "How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast)," Disney+'s "Pauline," and Apple's "Where's Wanda.“ He directed the Prime Video Original feature film “Back to the 90s".” Most recently, he has completed directing the series “The Comeback.”
Facundo works across series and feauture formats, combining strong visual storytelling with character-driven narratives and a sharp sense for tone.
