SAMIRA RADSI

DIRECTOR/WRITER

Samira Radsi is an award-winning German-Tunisian director. She studied politics and art history at the University of Cologne and film directing at the Hamburg Media School (HMS).

Radsi made her cinema debut in 2011 with “Anduni – Fremde Heimat.” She directed multiple episodes of the Emmy award-winning series “Deutschland 83.” Other directing credits include an episode of “Briarpatch” for USA Network, the mini series “Holiday Secrets” for Netflix Germany in 2019, as well as an episode block of “Sex/Life” for Netflix USA and “Doom Patrol” for HBO Now in 2020. In 2022, she directed two episodes of the BBC/ FX limited series "Great Expectations" based on the novel by Charles Dickens, starring Olivia Colman.
