ANA CRISTINA TARPO

WRITER

Ana Cristina Tarpo studied Screenplay/Dramaturgy at the Film University Babelsberg Konrad Wolf and Anglistics at Universität Bamberg. She worked as an assistant director for several film projects. Since 2010, she has been working as a screenwriter, copywriter, and screenplay translator.
In 2021 she won a Grimme Online Award and the ADC Grand Prix Editorial as well as an ADC Gold Award for „Stolen Memory“ (Goldener Westen Agency, Arolsen Archives Client). In 2025, the film “Schwarze Schafe,” for which she wrote the screenplay, was released in cinemas.
She lives in Berlin.
