ACTRESS
Named the Shooting Star of the Berlinale 2009, Alba Rohrwachrer is an international film star. She has worked with, among others: Isabel Coixet, Stéphan Brizé, Noah Baumbach, Luca Guadagnino, Saverio Costanzo, Alice Rohrwacher, Laura Bispuri, Marco Bellocchio, Matteo Garrone, Paola Genovese, Markus Schleinzer, Gianni Zanasi, Bas Devos, Ginevra Elkann, Jonathan Nossiter, Maggie Gyllenhaal, and Nanni Moretti.
Her voice guides as narrator of the successful literary adaptation of Elsa Ferrante's “My Brilliant Friend,” directed by Saverio Costanzo. With her films and as a jury member, she is a regular guest at the festivals in Cannes, Venice, Berlin and Toronto. Most recently, she appeared in Cannes with “Three Floors” by Nanni Moretti.
